Gaze into the Macabre (Recharge 6). All creatures within a 15 ft. cone in front of the Uzhali must make a Wisdom Save (DC 14) or be Stunned until the end of its next turn. The hands attached to the cyclops head force the eye open. A blinding light then blazes to all that see giving them sight of painful possible futures.

Bonus Actions

Mournful Whispers. A target within 60 ft. must makes a Wisdom Save (DC 14) or become frightened. The cyclops head begins to peer into the target mind and whisper dark thoughts to the victim. Often whispers of things they feel guilty about, the greatest fear, or possible future horrors.

Description

A huge scorpion like creature, an Uzhali is made up of various parts of a giant. The four limbs holding it up right are ended with hands and the two limbs on the front have massive blades riveted inside the forearms. A long set of arms connect at the rear to form a tail with several hands woven together. The hands hole a cyclops' head with the fingers pressing on its eye lid. All of these limbs are attached to three torso stitched together with neck nubs at the end of each.

The uzhali is the favored creation of the Giamant, a sect of lich giants. A uzhali is sent out to cause suffering and fear. They are rare due to the need of a cyclops' head to grant the undead its most powerful tool. The ability to see the future and project twisted visions of the future upon other creatures. It seems that the uzhali finds pleasure in making its prey feel fear, even letting some go just to spread the fear to others.
