Ambusher. In the first round of combat, Bloody Mary has advantage on attack rolls against any creature that is surprised.

Mirrorwalk. Bloody Mary can enter and exit reflective surfaces such as mirrors, polished metals, or quiet bodies of water as a bonus action. To be able to enter and exit a mirror, it's surface must be large enough for Bloody Mary to squeeze through. When she is inside a mirror, she cannot be targeted directly by attacks, spells, and effects. Bloody Mary can reach out from the mirror to interact with objects or attack creatures within her reach, provided the surface is large enough. When a mirror Mary is occupying is shattered, she takes 10 (2D8) force damage and can no longer exit the mirror unless she uses her Mirror Jump.

Sneak Attack (1/turn). Bloody Mary may deal an extra 14 (4D6) damage when she hits a targt with a weapon attack and has advantage on the attack roll, or when the target is within 5 ft. of an ally of her.

Spellcasting. Bloody Mary is a level 5 spellcaster. Her spellcasting ability is charisma (DC 13, +4 to hit with spell attacks). Bloody Mary has the following sorcerer spells prepared:

Cantrips: [minor illusion], [true strike], [prestidigitation]

1st level (3 slots): [false life], [expeditious retreat], [silent image], [detect magic]

2nd level (2 slots): [cloud of daggers], [mirror image]

Actions

Mirror Jump. To use this action, Bloody Mary must be in a mirror. She teleports into another mirror within 60 ft. that she can see.

Multiattack. Mary makes 3 glass shard attacks against one target.

Glass Shard. Melee Weapon Attack: +5 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 15 (3D6 + 4) piercing damage.

Mirror Images. Upon leaving a mirror and as an action, Mary can duplicate herself and create a perfect copy of herself. This copy is identical to the true Mary and possesses every skill the true Mary does, although this copy's health is significantly reduced to 30 HP (3D10). These copies have their own initiative as well. Upon destroying a copy, it shatters into shards of glass. Bloody Mary can have up to three copies of herself out at a time.

Bonus Actions

Mirror Stealth. Bloody Mary can use a bonus action to hide, as long as she is in a mirror.

Mirrorwalk. Bloody Mary can enter and exit reflective surfaces such as mirrors, polished metals, or quiet bodies of water as a bonus action.

Description

Among the Fey, there are few beings as ill-tempered or single-minded as Bloody Mary. Beings fond of gathering where mortals are close-by, Bloody Mary delights in gruesome, violent murder above all else. It is through this desire she plys a dark trade. For those who bear the obscure knowledge to summon her, she can be called to strike down one's rival in a fit of violence untold. But, of course, this service comes at a price.

Appearance

For the few that have managed to survive an encounter with Mary, they describe a ghastly pale woman with empty sockets bleeding black and glass shards sticking out from her flesh. Any visible skin looks tight, as if it's been stretched over her body a bit too much. The tattered remains of a wedding dress give a small insight on who she was before she became Bloody Mary.

Mirror Stalker

To summon Bloody Mary - as foolish as that is - two things are required. The first is any sort of mirrorer surface. She can travel between mirrors, making Bloody Mary distinct amongst the Fey. This allows her to travel incredibly quickly, and partially explains her preference for urban environments.

Calling Name

The second component required to summon Bloody Mary is her true name. This is not knowledge spread opely, but in the whispers of the occult-minded, and such a name has passed into urban myth as something to never be spoken. But for a person blinded by rage and hatred in their heart, all that is needed is to speak such a name in front of a mirror three times...and wait.

Dealings

Impatient even amongst the Fey, Bloody Mary must be dealt with quickly once summoned. With little use for money or precious things, she often asks for things no sane soul would part with, offering trades of sadistic and cruel nature. Mary does her work and returns to the 'employer', demanding payment...and only a fool would refuse to pay her.

Grudgeborn.

It is hatred that feeds Bloody Mary, and it is hatred that brings her into being. She lives it, breathes it, and bears it in her nature. Vindicative and spiteful, Mary is quick to anger and quicker to lash out in violent rage, almost always dispropotionately. For the summoner, they are in as much danger as the target. The misery Mary spreads is near universal. Some ancient writings even indicate that particularly cruel and hateful mortals might be suitable candidates for joining her in some strange ritual, but if this knowledge is known to the Fey it is well-hidden.
