Keen Smell. The shark has advantage on Wisdom (Perception) checks that rely on smell.

Pack Tactics. The shark has advantage on an attack roll against a creature if at least one of the shark's allies is within 5 feet of the creature and the ally isn't incapacitated.

Parasitic Purge.  When the shark dies, roll a d6.  On a 6, a swarm of parasites abandons the corpse of its host and attempts to infest the nearest living creature.  The swarm of parasites uses the statistics of a swarm of rot grubs but with a swimming speed of 5 feet and the ability to breathe underwater.

Water Breathing. The shark can breathe only underwater.

Description

Blue sharks are named for their iridescent blue coloration.  Slender and agile, blue sharks are also called "wolves of the sea" due to their habit of gathering in packs to hunt, their keen sense of smell, and their tendency to contract parasitic worms from the prey they eat.

As open ocean sharks, blue sharks are usually lethargic swimmers to conserve energy, but are can be quite quick when hunting.  A full-grown specimen measures 6 to 12 feet long.
