Sunlight Hypersensitivity. The umbral takes 5 radiant damage when it starts its turn in direct sunlight. While in sunlight it has disadvantage on attack rolls and ability checks.
Darkness Regeneration. The umbral regains 10 hit points when it starts its turn in complete darkness.
Multiattack. The umbral makes two attacks, one with its bite and one with its claws.
Bite. Melee Weapon Attack: +5 to hit, reach 5ft., one target. Hit: 12 (2d8 +3) piercing damage.
Claws. Melee Weapon Attack: +5 to hit, reach 5ft., one target. Hit: 10 (2d6 +3) piercing damage. If the target is living, it must succeed on a DC 13 Constitution saving throw or have its hit point maximum reduced by 11 (2d10).
Description
A muscular, hairless, doglike creature with pitch colored skin stands before you as it bares its teeth. The creature has no eyes yet it is aware of your presence. It lunges hungrily with gnarled claws outstretched.
This is a homebrew creature from my own campaign that has yet to see use. typically these creatures will hunt in packs of 3-5 individuals. Please enjoy and use them well!
