Mind Link. All the Guardians have a special mind link that connects them across the islands. They can communicate via this mind link as long as they are on the same plane.

Claws Melee Weapon Attack: +6 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 11 (2d6 + 4) slashing damage.
Riua Protection of the Island Attack (Recharge on 5-6). The Wali can create the Riua teleport ring. It can teleport any number of creatures that are a threat to its island. The Riua creates a 15-foot cube centered on any point Wali can see. All creatures with in the cube must make a DC 21 Dexterity saving throw, being sent to the town of Riua on the mainland on a fail.
The Wali can take 3 legendary actions, choosing from the options below. Only one legendary action option can be used at a time and only at the end of another creature's turn. The Wali regains spent legendary actions at the start of its turn.

Wing Attack. The Wali beats its wings. Each creature in a 10-foot radius of the Wali must succeed on a DC 19 Dexterity saving throw, taking 13 (2d6 + 6) bludgeoning damage and be knocked prone on a fail, or half damage and not being knocked prone on a success. The Wali can then fly up to half its flying speed.
Crystal Storm. A hail of crystal shards rise up from the ground in a 20-foot radius, 40-foot high cylinder centered on a point within range (120 feet). Each creature in the cylinder must make a DC 19 Dexterity saving throw. A creature takes 9 (2d8) bludgeoning damage on a failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one.
Description
This majestic creature from the Feywild is the guardian of the largest island in Manoa o Penina, Pulao Besar. They are found in pairs and are very protective of the island and all its inhabitants.

Wali's Lair
The lair of the Vaitau is the entire island of Pulao Besar.
Regional Effects
The natives of Pulao Besar (Deep Gnomes) love to mine gems and gemstones. When an area is 'mined out', they move on to another. Over the course of the next 49 months (7 changes of the guardians), this mined out area replenishes/regenerates, though not necessarily with the same type of gems and such that were there before.
