Ticking Time Bomb. The Ancient Doom always takes their turn on initiative count 5, losing initiative ties. Whenever the Ancient Doom dies, they make two Prophecy's End attacks. This is the only situation they can make these attacks.
Ancient Summon. The Ancient Doom shares their passive perception with their summoner. Any creature that the Ancient Doom's summoner can see is also seen by the Ancient Doom, and vice versa.
Is it even a creature? The Ancient Doom is immune to banishing effects, and all conditions unless the DM determines otherwise.
Literally what the **** is this thing. The Ancient Doom cannot take reactions, and any creature can walk through it's space, but they will take 30 points of necrotic damage if they do so, unless their summoner decides against it.
Boom, baby. The only action the Ancient Doom can take is Self Destruct.
Self Destruct. The Ancient Doom ******* dies.
Prophecy's End. Ranged Weapon Attack: +20 to hit, range 80/120 ft., 1 target. Hit: 35 (5d12) necrotic damage plus (7d6) vile damage. A creature hit by this attack must make a CON saving throw against the spell save DC of the Ancient Doom's summoner, halving the damage taken on a success. The Ancient Doom cannot do this attack as an action. This attack automatically targets the nearest enemy of the Ancient Doom's summoner.
