Grudge. The beast is naturally invisible, but cannot attack unless it reveals itself to its target. It will become visible only to the first target it sees, and will remain invisible to all other creatures until its target's hit points reach 0, in which case it will either return to being invisible if there are no other targets, or choose another target and become visible to them.
Multiattack. The beast makes two attacks, one with its bite and one with its claws.
Bite. Melee Weapon Attack: +4 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 7 (2d4 + 2) piercing damage. The target must succeed on a DC 16 Constitution saving throw or take 17 (3d10) necrotic damage.
Claw. Melee Weapon Attack: +6 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 5 (2d4) slashing damage. The target must succeed on a DC 13 Constitution saving throw or take 17 (3d10) necrotic damage.
Turn visible/invisible. The best becomes visible to a target of its choice while remaining invisible to all others.
Description
A Beast Phantasm is a spiteful evil spirit that assumes the form of a small beast, usually with catlike characteristics. It is blind and deaf, and only able to see based on movement. Normally invisible, it will make its presence known to the first thing it sees before striking. Its teeth and claws unleash a powerful curse that rots flesh and kills quickly.
