Amulet of Health. While Viltoc is attuned to this amulet, Viltoc gains resistance to poison damage and can regain hit points as normal. Without it, Viltoc cannot heal in any non-magical way. Viltoc automatically fails death saving throws while not attuned to the amulet.
Anti-Breath Weapon (3/day). When Viltoc hits with a melee attack and the target is a dragonborn, he can choose to deal an additional 4 (1d6) necrotic damage and disable the target's breath weapon until the beginning of Viltoc's next turn.
Blood Axe. As an action, once per day, Viltoc can activate the magic within his Blood Axe. When he does so, the Blood Axe deals an additional 7 (2d6) necrotic damage, which Viltoc heals half of each time he deals this extra damage.
Brave. The gladiator has advantage on saving throws against being frightened.
Ancestral Rage. As a bonus action, Viltoc can begin raging for up to 1 minute. When he does this, he is resistant to bludgeoning, piercing, and slashing damage and two spectral ancestors of Viltoc appear. At the end of his turn, Viltoc can instruct the spectral forms to move and make a single melee attack.
Multiattack. Viltoc makes two Blood Axe attacks.
Blood Axe. Melee Weapon Attack: +8 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 16 (3d6 + 5) slashing damage. The weapon deals an additional 7 (2d6) necrotic damage when the blood axe is activated. Viltoc then heals hit points equal to half the amount of necrotic damage dealt.
Cold Breath (Recharge 6). Viltoc exhales fire in a 15-foot cone. Each creature in that area must make a DC 15 Dexterity saving throw, taking 24 (7d6) cold damage on a failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one.
Pauldron of Corruption. When Viltoc is hit with an attack, Viltoc can use his reaction to force the attacker to make a DC 15 Constitution saving throw. On a failure, the target takes 11 (3d6) necrotic damage.
