Unseelie Pixie

Evasion.  The Unseelie Pixie can nimbly dodge out of the way of certain area effects, such as an ancient red dragon’s fiery breath or an ice storm spell. When it is subjected to an effect that allows it to make a Dexterity saving throw to take only half damage, it instead takes no damage if it succeeds on the saving throw, and only half damage if it fails.

Elusive. The Unseelie Pixie is so evasive that attackers rarely gain the upper hand against it. No attack roll has advantage against it while it isn't incapacitated

Spellcasting. The Unseelie Pixie is a 1st-level spellcaster. Its spellcasting ability is charisma (spell save DC 17, +7 to hit with spell attacks). The Unseelie Pixie has the following sorcerer spells prepared:
Cantrips (at will): Friends, Dancing Lights 
1st level (2 slots): Charm Person, Sleep 

Pack Tactics. The Unseelie Pixie has advantage on an attack roll against a creature if at least one of the wolf's allies is within 5 feet of the creature and the ally isn't incapacitated.

Rapier. Melee Weapon Attack: +10 to hit, reach 5 ft., 1 target. Hit: 3 (1 d6 + 5) piercing damage. 

Blinding Strike. The Unseelie Pixie targets its opponent's eyes with a -5 to hit vs AC. If the attack hits, the target takes 1 d6 + 5 piercing damage and is blind in that eye. This action only targets one eye at a time. Attacks from behind on an opponent who is blind in one eye have advantage. Once both eyes are successfully targeted, the victim is considered blinded. The blindness lasts until the damage caused by the attack is healed. A restoration spell cannot remove the blindness

The Unseelie Pixie can take a bonus action on each of its turns in combat. This action can be used only to take the Dash, Disengage, or Hide action.

Uncanny Dodge. When an attacker that the Seelie Pixie can see hits it with an attack, it can use its reaction to halve the attack’s damage against it.
