Traits

Brutal. Tony adds both his dexterity and strength modifiers to the damage of his unarmed strikes (already applied). On a critical hit with his unarmed strike he can add these modifiers to the attack's damage twice.

Evasion. When he's subjected to an effect that allows him to make a Dexterity saving throw to take only half damage, he instead take no damage if he succeeds on the saving throw, and only half damage if he fails.

Legendary Monk Feats. Four times per round, when he hits a creature with an unarmed strike, Tony can impose one of the following effects on that target.

  • They must succeed on a dc 19 Dexterity saving throw or be knocked prone.
  • They must succeed on a dc 19 Strength saving throw or be pushed up to 15 feet away.
  • They can't take reactions until the end of Tony's next turn.
  • They must make a dc 19 constitution saving throw. On a failure Tony either crushes the target's windpipe or breaks the targets fingers them unable to provide either verbal or somatic components for spells. The effect ends after a long rest or can be cured with a lesser restoration.

Step of the Wind. Tony can take the Disengage or Dash action as a bonus action on his turn. When they make a melee attack against a creature on his turn, Tony doesn't provoke opportunity attacks from that creature for the rest of the turn.

Arch Mage-Slayer. Tony has advantage on saving throws against all spells and magical effects. When Tony damages a creature that is concentrating on a spell, it has disadvantage on the saving throw to maintain concentration.

Stunning Strike. When Tony hits a creature with an unarmed strike, on the second hit the target must make a dc 15 constitution saving throw or become stunned until the end of Tony's next turn. For instance if he hits one creature four times on his turn the second and fourth attack will be stunning strikes.

Legendary Resistance (3/Day). If Tony fails a saving throw, it can choose to succeed instead.

Actions

Multiattack. Tony makes four melee attacks.

Unarmed Strike. Melee Attack: +13 to hit, reach 5 ft one target. Hit: 17 (1d10 + 11) bludgeoning damage. These attacks magical.

Reactions

Stop It! Tony takes an unarmed strike attack against a creature that casts a spell within 5ft of him. On a hit Tony can choose to either deal damage or make the target's spell fail if it is of 5th level or lower.

Legendary Actions

Tony can take 3 legendary actions, choosing from the options below. Only one legendary action can be used at a time and only at the end of another creature's turn. Tony regains spent legendary actions at the start of its turn.

Attack. Tony makes an unarmed strike attack.

Command Ally.  Tony targets one ally it can see within 30 feet of it. if the target can see and hear Tony, the target can make one weapon attack as a reaction and gains advantage on the attack roll.

Cut the shit! (Costs 2 Actions). Tony loses his patience. Every creature within 20ft of Tony must succeed on a dc 19 strength saving throw or be knocked prone. Additionally any creatures concentrating on a spell within 30ft must succeed on a dc 19 constitution saving throw or lose concentration.

Description

Tony is a legendary monk that hates magic and pregnant women. This is my attempt at making the amazing bad guy from Unsleeping City chapter 2 so all credit goes to Brennan Lee Mulligan.
