Antimagic Weapons. The Arcane Devourer's weapons are magical and ignore and AC bonus from spells such as Shield and Mage Armor.
Antimagic Biology. The Arcane Devourer has advantage on saving throws against spells and other magical effects.
Arcane Absorption. Whenever the Arcane Devourer takes damage from a magical source it gains temporary hit points equal to half the damage taken.
Innate Spellcasting. The Arcane Devourer's spellcasing ability is Wisdom (spell save DC 13). It can innately cast the following spells without requiring any material components.

Multiattack. The Arcane Devourer makes two Magic Reap attacks or one Eye of Distortion attack
Tentacle Reap. Melee Weapon Attack: +7 to hit, reach 10ft., one target. Hit: (2d8+4) force damage. If the target has spell slots they must make a DC 16 saving throw or expend a spell slot of the highest level the target has available. The type of save is determined by the targets spellcasting ability. On a failure the Arcane Devourer regains hit points equal to twice the spells level and a wave of force emanates from the target. All creatures within 20ft of the target must make a DC 16 Dexterity saving throw. On a failure they take 1d10 force damage equal to the expended spell slots level or half as much on a success.
Eye of Distortion. The Arcane Devourer gazes into the magic inside a spellcaster and forcibly rips it from them. One target the Arcane Devourer can see within 60ft. must make DC 16 saving throw or expend a spell slot of the highest level the target has available. The type of save is determined by the targets spellcasting ability. On a failure the Arcane Devourer regains hit points equal to twice the spells level and a wave of force emanates from the target. All creatures within 20ft of the target must make a DC 16 Dexterity saving throw. On a failure they take 1d10 force damage equal to the expended spell slots level or half as much on a success.
Arcane Conflux. (Once a long rest) A burst of twisting antimagic explodes from within the Arcane Devourer. Each creature within 30ft that has spell slots must make a DC 16 saving throw or expend a spell slot of the highest level the creature has available. The type of save is determined by the creature's spellcasting ability. On a failure the Arcane Devourer regains hit points equal to the expended spells levels and a wave of force emanates from each creature. All creatures within 20ft of each creature must make a DC 16 Dexterity saving throw. On a failure they take 1d10 force damage equal to the expended spell slots level or half as much on a success.
