Spellcasting. Choose one 1st level spell from your patron's expanded spell list, your familiar can cast that spell once per long rest. Your familiar uses Charisma as its spellcasting ability.

Spell attack modifier = your proficiency bonus + your familiar's Charisma modifier

Shapechanger. Choose two CR 0 beasts. Your familiar can use its action to Polymorph into one of these beasts, or back into its true form. Its statistics are the same in each form, except for changes to speed.

 

Actions

Multiattack. The griffon makes two attacks: one with its beak and one with its claws.

Beak. Melee Weapon Attack: +4 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 8 (1d4 + 2) piercing damage.

Claws. Melee Weapon Attack: +4 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 11 (1d4 + 4) slashing damage.

Invisibility. Your familiar magically turns Invisible until it attacks, or until its Concentration ends (as if concentrating on a spell). Any Equipment your familiar is wearing or carries is Invisible with it.

 

Description

As a chain familiar, this tiny fey griffon is simply the manifestation of a typical ferocious avian carnivore with the muscular body of a lion and the head, forelegs, and wings of an eagle... but much much smaller. 

Chain Familiars typically take the miniscule form of a creature that a Warlock is familiar with.
