demonic Fortitude. If damage reduces the voice to 0 hit points, it must make a Constitution saving throw with a DC of 5 + the damage taken, unless the damage is radiant or from a critical hit. On a success, the voice drops to 2 hitpoints instead.

 Rotting Presence. When any creature that isn’t a demon starts its turn within 30 feet on that creature must succeed on a DC 14 Constitution saving throw or take 1d6 necrotic damage plus 1 necrotic damage for each Bulezau within 30 feet of it. 

 Legendary Resistance (3/Day). If the voice fails a saving throw, it can choose to succeed instead.
