Cold Aura. While it's alive, the arctic aries generates an aura of bitter cold that fills the area within 10 feet of it. At the start of the arcitc aries turn, all nonmagical flames in the aura are extinguished. Any creature that starts its turn within 10 feet of the arctic aries takes 10 (3d6) cold damage.

Description
The arctic aries is an ancient beast that has lived on the frozen tundra for ages. It is a constant fear for nomadic tribes that live high in the north. When they hear the thundering sound of it's charge they know they have to leave as fast as possible.
You will know if the arctic aries has been around if you find destruction and death around.
