Lucky. When the Blissey rolls a 1 on the d20 for an attack roll, ability check, or saving throw, it can reroll the die and must use the new roll.
Natural Cure. The Blissey has advantage on saving throws made to end the effects of blindness, deafness, paralysis, petrification, or poison on itself.
Eggs. The Blissey carries one large egg in a pouch on its belly at all ties, and fiercely guards and protects this egg from damage and theft, though it can give the eff to any creature it wants.
The egg can be consumed by any creature that possesses it as an action. A creature that consumes the egg is cured of any and all diseases afflicting it, as well as the effects of any blindness, deafness, paralysis, or poison. Additionally, the creature's hit point maximum is increased by 11 (2d10) for 1 hour, and it regains the same number of hit points.
A creature that consumes the egg must make a DC 15 Wisdom saving throw, becoming overwhelmed with extreme happiness and joy for up to 1 hour on a failed save, or for up to 10 minutes on a successful one. An affected creature behaves as if it is charmed by the Chansey. The effect ends if it is injured in any way.
If the Blissey's egg is lost, given away, consumed or destroyed, it can produce a new one upon completing a short rest.
Healing Aura. All allies within 30 feet of Blissey regain 10 hit points at the start of their turn if they have at least 1 hit point.
Innate Spellcasting. The Blissey's innate spellcasting ability is Wisdom (spell save DC 12). The Blissey can innately cast the following spells, requiring no material components:
At Will: Bless, Calm Emotions (ends frightening effects only), Healing Word
3/day: Lesser Restoration
1/day: Heal
Doubleslep. The Blissey makes two slap attacks.
Soft Boiled (Recharge 6). The Blissey regains hit points equal to half its hit point maximum.
Slap. Melee Weapon Attack: +2 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 3 (1d6) bludgeoning damage.
