Description
Blackvein zombies are undead that have been experimented upon and infused with energies from the negative energy plane. Only the most brilliant of necromancers can reliably create blackvein zombies, but the process produces an undead soldier that can take down most opponents in a matter of moments. They are especially useful in targeting annoying adventurers since their speed and hard-hitting attacks make them a serious threat to powerful opponents when used in pairs or groups. They have earned their name from the multitude of tar-black veins that can be seen all over their body, specifically focused around their eyes. These black veins are the byproduct of being pumped with negative energy, which has saturated their blood and now circulates their body as if they were still alive. This energy fills them with a disturbing, bloodthirsty mania that shows itself whenever a blackvein zombie is summoned to action.
