Colour out of Space. The voidtitan's true form is incomprehensible, and its appearance as most creatures perceive it is simply the brain making sensing of the unknowable. Any creature who views the voidtitan with truesight must make a DC 16 wisdom saving throw or be affected with a random madness.
Immeasurable Mass. The voidtitan is comprised of all the matter it has absorbed since its birth, retaining its same finite shape all the while, creating a powerful gravitational field. Any creature must succeed on a DC 16 strength saving throw to move away from the voidtitan, while movement towards it is doubled.
Multiattack. The voidtitan makes three Gravity Slam attacks.
Gravity Slam. Melee Natural Attack: +11 to hit, reach 20 ft., 1 target. Hit: 22 (4d6 + 6) bludgeoning damage and 12 (3d6) cold damage.
Big Bang (Recharge 5-6). The voidtitan releases a cataclysmic burst of the energy stored within its body over the eons. All creatures within 30 ft. of the titan must make a DC 16 dexterity saving throw or take 56 (14d6) fire damage and 56 (14d6) force damage, halved on a success.
Kneel. The voidtitan can use its reaction in response to a creature approaching it to increase gravity around the creature. An approaching creature must succeed on a DC 16 strength check or lose its movement, if the creature is flying it falls by 10 ft. for every five it fails the DC by.
Description
Relegated to the furthest edges of the void, the voidtitans are fortunately few and far between. These titans are charged with only one task, expand the void. Unlike there brethren who may swarm a city, country, or even a planet to wipe out its inhabitants, voidtitans are often charged with targeting other planes, demiplanes, or specific beings of great power who would threaten their expansion.
Cataclysm is the only appropriate word to describe a voidtitan assault. Tales tell of an assault by the titans on the mountain of Heaven, and the hole left in the fabric of the plane testifies to the ferocity of the battle.
