Opportunistic. As a bonus action, the Bagman can move up to its speed toward a hostile creature that it can see.
Monstrous Grapple. The Bagman has advantage on attack rolls against a creature it is grappling.
Multiattack. The Bagman makes one Fist attack and one attack with its Leather Sack on its turn.
Fist. Melee Weapon Attack: +3 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 3 (1d4 + 1) bludgeoning damage.
Leather Sack. Melee Weapon Attack: +3 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. A Large or smaller creature hit by the leather sack is Restrained until it is freed and cannot draw line of sight out of the sack. The sack has no effect on creatures that are formless, or creatures that are Huge or larger. A creature can use its action to make a DC 15 Strength check, freeing itself or another creature within its reach on a success. Dealing 5 slashing damage to the sack (AC 10) also frees the creature without harming it, ending the effect and destroying the sack. When you use an action, bonus action, or reaction to attack with a leather sack, you can make only one attack regardless of the number of attacks you can normally make.
Description
The Bagmen appear to be dwarves draped in skin cloaks and hoods, but upon closer inspection unfortunate onlookers can see they are in fact hollow. Dark energy fuels these walking skin cloaks, as they hunt down prey to repair themselves and create more of their evil kin.
