Traits

Innate Spellcasting. The Spitemother's innate spellcasting ability is Charisma (spell save DC 14). The Spitemother can innately cast the following spells, requiring no material components:

At will: darkness, invisibility ray of frost

1/day each: charm person, hold person, sleet storm, gaseous form, sleep

Recharge (5-6) cone of cold, (Variant- If you're worried about a lucky recharge making this creature too dangerous, you can adjust this trait so that it cannot use it the turn it recharges, and make the creature glow or create an obvious minor environmental effect to warn that it can be used again.)

Magic Weapons. The Spitemother's weapon attacks are magical.

Regeneration. The Spitemother regains 10 hit points at the start of its turn if it has at least 1 hit point.

Powerful Build. The spitemother counts as one size larger when determining it's carrying capacity and the weight it can push, drag, or lift.

Ice Walk.

The Spitemother can move across and climb icy surfaces without needing to make an ability check. Additionally, difficult terrain composed of ice or snow doesn't cost her extra moment.

Actions

Multiattack. The Spitemother makes two attacks, either with its claws or its glaive.

Claw. Melee Weapon Attack: +8 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 8 (1d8 + 4) slashing damage.

Glaive. Melee Weapon Attack: +8 to hit, reach 10 ft., one target. Hit: 15 (2d10 + 4) slashing damage, or 9 (1d10 + 4) slashing damage in Small form.

Maddening Feast. The Spitemother feasts on the corpse of one enemy within 5 feet of her that died within the past minute. Each creature of the hag's choice that is within 60 feet of her and able to see her must succeed on a DC 15 Wisdom saving throw or be frightened of her for 1 minute. While frightened in this way, a creature is incapacitated, can't understand what others say, can't read, and speaks only in gibberish; the DM controls the creature's movement, which is erratic. A creature can repeat the saving throw at the end of each of its turns, ending the effect on itself on a success. If a creature's saving throw is successful or the effect ends for it, the creature is immune to the hag's Maddening Feast for the next 24 hours.

Change Shape. The Spitemother magically polymorphs into a Small or Medium humanoid, or back into its true form. Other than its size, its statistics are the same in each form. If the spitemother dies, it reverts to its true form, and its glaive reverts to its normal size.

Description

A spitemother, (or Spitesire if born male,) is the result of a hag breeding with an oni, with the offspring sharing many of the best traits and combined sadism of both.
