Description
A mysterious skeletal figure that pops in different realms now and then. He not only sells drinks and food, but he specializes on selling uncommon items to people. It doesn't matter to him of where he sells his items; the only thing he wants in payment is whatever he wants from you. He may be a skeleton but, when anyone enters his turf, he will not take kindly to any rude behavior. He doesn't take rudeness even from gods or goddesses. When it comes to his lair, it appears randomly as the entrance is just a door.
Lair and Lair Actions
His lair is a bartender place. Despite the way it looks, the lair is enchanted and grants some perks for the master.
1. All types of spells are nullified within the lair.
2. Non-magical weapons as well as magical ones do no damage. Even if the weapon has special conditions, the lair makes all types of weapons harmless.
3. For every person inside the lair; the masters health increases by 20 per person.
4. He has advantage on strength, constitution, intelligence, and dexterity checks.
5. When the master attacks, should he miss, he is able to re roll.
