Description
Astral Elves, also known as Astrals, are a race of elf-like humanoids, previously thought to be extinct, have a odd history. From the beginning, Astrals were a rebellious race. At the very start of the conflict between Corellon and Lolth a few of the Primal Elves fled to the Astral Plane where they were enslaved by githyanki and became a race. After the Astral slave rebellion, the githyanki eliminated their major settlement, which threw economy off balance, so small crimes that were judged by the fallen nobility were treated with execution or torture- always ended in death. After a while the race was gone. But, since you cannot age in the Astral Plane children were sent to the Material Plane to grow up, and during this time there was a small group who, went back to the Astral Plane, to find a deserted town, so they went back to the Material Plane and became the race you see today.
