Keen Hearing and Smell. The wolf has advantage on Wisdom (Perception) checks that rely on hearing or smell.
Pack Tactics. The wolf has advantage on attack rolls against a creature if at least one of the wolf's allies is within 5 feet of the creature and the ally isn't incapacitated.
Bite. Melee Weapon Attack: +5 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 8 (2d4+3) piercing damage. If the target is a creature, it must succeed on a DC 12 Strength saving throw or be knocked prone.
Leading Howl(Recharges after a Short or Long Rest). For 1 minute, the Alpha can utter a special command or warning whenever a nonhostile creature that it can see within 60 feet of it makes an attack roll or a saving throw. The creature can add a d4 to its roll provided it can hear the Alpha. A creature can benefit from only one Leadership die at a time. This effect ends if the Alpha is incapacitated.
Directional Assult. as a bonus action the Alpha wolf can order a wolf within 30ft of the Alpha, to either make an attack as its reaction or move half its movement speed without provoking opportunity attacks.
Quick footed. as a reaction, the Alpha Wolf can disengage from a hostile creature that is within 5 ft. of it.
Description
An Alpha wolf is usually one born out of turmoil, or out of necessity when a pack is facing its own destruction. When an Alpha rises above the pack usually the pack itself will act differently to other wolf packs and go after sometimes bigger prey in response to the addition of a leader. when such an Alpha falls the pack may retreat or it might fight to down the creature to killed the Alpha if they see a chance of winning the fight. Alpha's inspire the loyalty from the other of its pack and know the true strength of one.
