Phase. After moving 10 feet in a staight line, the wolf can teleport up to 30 feet away, continuing in the same direction.
Static Shroud. If a creature touches the wolf or hits it with a melee attack using a metal weapon, the wolf can choose to emit a discharge, causing 10 (3d6) lightning damage.
Description
In the barren, rocky mountains electrical storms ravage the landscape. In this alien place stalks a predator warped by the shifting winds of magic. Fur as black as night the wolf pack stalks silently, bar the occasional crackle of lightning between fangs or claws.
