Change shape. The house hunter uses polymorph to turn into three buildings in a 100ft. radius and the buildings can vary in size from a clock tower to a small house.

False appearance(building form only). While it remains motionless the house hunter remains motionless, it is indistinguishable from other building and if a creature decides to walk in it looks like and ordinary house until it awakes from someone stepping on a carpet inside.

frightful presence. each creature of the house hunters choice makes a DC 15 wisdom saving throw or become frightened for 1 minute. the frightened creature can repeat the saving throw at the end of each of its turns until it is no longer frightened or until the status effect expires.

Bite. Melee Weapon Attack: +7 to hit, reach 10ft., 1 target. Hit: 20 (2d12 + 8) peircing  damage. 

tentacle. RangedWeapon Attack: +7 to hit, range 30ft., 1 target. Hit: 16 (2d8 + 8) bludgeoning damage.

Swallow. The target creature must make a Dexterity saving throw of 18 if they fail they are swallowed and takes (10d6+6) at the start of each of the house hunters turns. if the house hunter takes 25 damage it must succeed a DC 20 or the swallowed creature is thrown back out.

Description

The creature is a 10 to 30 foot tall slimy beast with six to eight eyes, very slug like and has the house that it previously was turned into and has a giant gaping mouth where the door would be with a long frilled tongue. While in a building from it has a big carpet in front in which it senses a creature on, the rest of your building would be typical except for small house hold objects like bottles, utensils and plants.
