Traits

Telepathic Bond. The angel ignores the range restriction on its telepathy when communicating with a creature it has charmed. The two don't even need to be on the same plane of existence.

Flyby. The angel doesn’t provoke an opportunity attack when it flies out of an enemy’s reach.

Magic Resistance. The angel has advantage on saving throws against spells and other magical effects.

Shapechanger. The angel can use its action to polymorph into a Small or Medium humanoid, or back into its true form. Without wings, the angel loses its flying speed. Other than its size and speed, its statistics are the same in each form. Any equipment it is wearing or carrying isn't transformed. It reverts to its true form if it dies.

Actions

Shortsword. Melee Weapon Attack: +7 to hit, reach 5 ft., 1 target. Hit: 7 (1d6 + 4) Slashing damage.

Longbow. RangedWeapon Attack: +7 to hit, range 150/600 ft., 1 target. Hit: 8 (1d8 + 4) piercing damage.

Charm. One humanoid the angel can see within 30 feet of it must succeed on a DC 16 Wisdom saving throw or be magically charmed for 1 day. The charmed target obeys the angel's verbal or telepathic commands. If the target suffers any harm or receives a suicidal command, it can repeat the saving throw, ending the effect on a success. If the target successfully saves against the effect, or if the effect on it ends, the target is immune to this angel's Charm for the next 24 hours.

The angel can have only one target charmed at a time. If it charms another, the effect on the previous target ends.

Description

Created by the God of Love himself. Angels of Eros, were sent down from the heavens to nudge the human population up and to bring an era of peace. Originally they served Eros as to couple humanoids but eventually they were given the blessing to commute with certain humans in power allowing a population of Aasimar to be born. Eventually this got out of hand and the angels began to fraternize with other humanoid populations.

Heavenly Offspring.
Angels of Eros can't reproduce with one another to spawn more of their kind. Less commonly, an Angel of Eros reproduces with a humanoid. From this union, an Aasimar is born. The child will typically have some of the feature the humanoid part has but mostly look human like the Angel of Eros is in it's non-transformed state.
