Lair Actions
On initiative count 25 (losing initiative ties), Beledros Witherbloom takes a lair action to cause one of the following effects; Beledros Withebloom can’t use the same effect two rounds in a row:
- A cloud of poison gas erupts from one of the mushrooms mimicking the Cloudkill spell. This lasts until the next lair action is used.
- A puff of poison gas appears into any space within the lair and spreads into a 5-foot radius sphere. Any creature within the area of the gas must make a Constitution saving throw, taking 4d6 poison damage on a failure or half as much on a success.
- Beledros teleports as if using the Thunder Step spell except that the damage type is poison.
