Fear Itself. If the boggart gazes upon itself, it will burst into a brilliant bright light and be reduced to 0 HP. Any people gazing upon the boggart at this time will be forced to make a 15 DC CON save. If failed, they are blinded for 1d10 minutes.

Swipe. Action. +5 to hit, reach 5 ft. 1 target. Hit: 11 (2d8+2). The boggart swipes it's ethereal claws at an enemy.
Living Nightmare. Reaction. Spell. When the boggart is directly gazed upon by a creature, the boggart can choose to shapeshift from its natural form into the creature's worst nightmare. (Have the player relay this to you or if you happen to glean from backstory). The creature must immediately make a 15 DC Wisdom save or take a short-term Madness effect (roll or up to you).
Side Note: Living nightmare does not take place if the creature gazes upon it indirectly (through mirror image, mirror, puddle reflection, scrying orb, ect).
All surrounding creatures will see it in the form it shapeshifted into. If one of the creatures shares the same fear, it too will be affected
Description
The boggart is the quintessential boogeyman. Often found under beds, in basements, closets, and in other dark places away from the revealing light of day, boggarts weaponize the worst nightmares of their victims to torment and drive them insane. It's ability to peer inside the mind of its victims and identify their true fears alongside with its shapeshifting prowess allows the boggart a supreme advantage against all but the strongest wills. Preferring to hunt isolated targets, they often shy away from ambushing but if revealed they will attempt to fight. They can be captured by arcane measures and are sometimes used in interrogations as a means to torture.
