Bloodied: When the Wendigo hit points are reduced to half or less (65 HP), it gets bloodied. His STR increases in 4, turning into 22. It gets Legendary Actions and regains its Legendary Resistance, if it already used it.
Natural Hunter: The Wendigo gets advantage on Stealth checks when it's hunting
Legendary Resistance (1/Day). If the Wendigo fails a saving throw, it can choose to succeed instead.
Multiattack. The Wendigo makes one claw and bite attack.
Claw: Melee Weapon Attack: +7 to hit (+9 when bloodied) , reach 5 ft., 1 target. Hit: 10 (1d12 + 4) slashing damage; 13 (1d12+6) slashing damage when bloodied
Bite. Melee Weapon Attack: +7 to hit; +9 when bloodied, reach 5 ft., 1 target. Hit: 13 (2d8 + 4) piercing damage; 15 (2d8 +6) piercing damage when bloodied. If a target is bitten, it makes a Constitution saving throw (DC 15) or it takes an extra 10 (3d6) necrotic damage, half if it makes the save.
Bite (Costs 2 Actions). The Wendigo makes a bite attack
Move. The Wendigo moves up its speed
Shriek (Costs 3 Actions). The Wendigo screams. Each creature that can listen to it in a 30ft radius makes a Wisdom saving throw (DC 15) or gets stunned for one minute. At the end of its round the creature can remake the save, ending the effect on a success. If the creature succeeds on the save, it is immune to the Wendigo's Shriek for the next hour.
