Spellcasting. Vittora is a 6th-level spellcaster. Her spellcasting ability is Intelligence (spell save DC 15, +7 to hit with spell attacks). Vittora has the following wizard spells prepared:
Cantrips (at will): fire bolt,* light,* prestidigitation, ray of frost*
1st level (4 slots): chromatic orb,* mage armor, magic missile*
2nd level (3 slots): mirror image, misty step, shatter*
3rd level (3 slots): counterspell, fireball,* wind wall*

Sculpt Spells. When Vittora casts an evocation spell that forces other creatures she can see to make a saving throw, she can choose a number of them equal to 1 + the spell’s level. These creatures automatically succeed on their saving throws against the spell. If a successful save means a chosen creature would take half damage from the spell, it instead takes no damage from it.
Potent Cantrip. Vittora's damaging cantrips affect even creatures that avoid the brunt of the effect. When a creature succeeds on a saving throw against your cantrip, the creature takes half the cantrip’s damage (if any) but suffers no additional effect from the cantrip.
Consuming Power. Vittora can add her Intelligence modifier to one damage roll of any wizard evocation spell she casts by taking 1d6 necrotic damage.
Observant. If Vittora can see a creature's mouth while it is speaking a language she understands, she can interpret what it's saying by reading its lips. Vittora has a +5 bonus to her passive Wisdom (Perception) and passive Intelligence (Investigation) scores.
Quarterstaff. Melee Weapon Attack: +3 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 2 (1d6 - 1) bludgeoning damage, or 3 (1d8 - 1) bludgeoning damage if used with two hands.
