Description
Bauki are the half-living offspring of Bugbear. Seemingly ageless, they can hunt and torment the helpless to their vile hearts content. The result of a stillborn bugbear being blessed and given life by Skiggaret, the bugbear god of fear.
Faster, stronger, and meaner than their kin the Bauki are gifted with powers that make them terrifying foes, able to slip in and out of the shadows at will while shrugging off mortal blows as the darkness seems to congeal around their assailant. Their most terrifying ability summons their targets worst fears from their subconscious and unleash it upon the hapless victim, sometimes literally killing them with fear.
