Traits

Mist of Desolation. Concentration 60ft. 30ft non concentration. Mist goes around corners. Each creature within the mist at the end of their turn, must make a CHA saving throw or take 1 point of Desolation. 
For each point of Desolation a creature has, a new status effect is added.
A creature can remove points of desolation with a restoration spell or 24hrs of rest per point.

It comes from the Mist. While its entire body is in mist, its AC and Saving Throws go up by +4.

Spellcasting. The [Vixen] is a 3rd-level spellcaster. Its spellcasting ability is [CHA] (spell save DC 16, +8 to hit with spell attacks). The [Vixen has following spells prepared:

Actions

Vixens Attacks. Vixen makes one attack per round.

Life Drain Bite. Melee Weapon Attack: +7 to hit, reach 5 ft., 1 target. Hit: 8 (1d4 + 5) [Piercing] damage, and an additional (1d8) [poison] damage which is converted to HP for the Vixen.

Claws. Melee Weapon Attack: +7 to hit, reach 5 ft., 1 target. Hit: 8 (3d4 + 5) [Slashing] damage. Targets are moved 5ft back.

Tail Swipe. Melee Weapon Attack: +7 to hit, reach 10 ft., 2 target. Hit: 11 (3d6 + 5) [Bludgeoning] damage. DC 12 CON Save or stunned until the end of next turn.

Reactions

Side Swipe. When a hostile creature within 5ft of the Vixen makes a melee attack and misses. The Vixen can make a follow up attack with its Claws or Tail.

Legendary Actions

In the midst (Costs 1 Action). Can misty step within any grouping of mist that can obscure the entirety of the Vixen.

Retaliation (Costs 1 Action). The Vixen combusts a 5ft space within the range of his Mist. Each creature must succeed a DEX Save DC 16 or take 1d6 Fire damage.

Glimmer (Costs 1 Action). AC +2 until the start of next turn.

Tail Pulse (Costs 2 Actions). Extend the reach of the Desolation Mist by 10ft. This feature, unless interrupted by a gust spell or something similar, remains for 1 minute.

Description

A huge Monstrosity Shaped into the form of a large fox. With 7 eyes tearing around its head and onto its back. Spring lilac colored fur and intense lime eyes. With 3 rows of gnarled teeth and 12 fluffy tails that generate a thick layer of mist from them.
