Fear of Fire. If the yeti takes fire damage, it has disadvantage on attack rolls and ability checks until the end of its next turn.
Keen Smell. The yeti has advantage on Wisdom (Perception) checks that rely on smell.
Snow Camouflage. The yeti has advantage on Dexterity (Stealth) checks made to hide in snowy terrain.
Multiattack. The yeti can use its Chilling Gaze and either two claw attacks or a claw attack and a fling attack.
Claw. Melee Weapon Attack: +13 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 14 (2d6+8) slashing damage plus 7 (2d6) cold damage.
Chilling Gaze. The yeti targets one creature it can see within 30 feet of it. If the target can see the yeti, the target must succeed on a DC 18 Constitution saving throw against this magic or take 28 (8d6) cold damage and then be paralyzed for 1 minute, unless it is immune to cold damage. The target can repeat the saving throw at the end of each of its turns, ending the effect on itself on a success. If the target’s saving throw is successful, or if the effect ends on it, the target is immune to the Chilling Gaze of all yetis (but not abominable yetis) for 1 hour.
Rock. Ranged Weapon Attack: +13 to hit, range 60/240 ft., one target. Hit: 28 (4d10+8) bludgeoning damage. If the target is a creature, it must succeed on a DC 17 Strength saving throw or be knocked prone.
Fling. The yeti tries to throw a Small or Medium creature within 10 feet of it. The target must succeed on a DC 18 Dexterity saving throw or be hurled up to 60 feet horizontally in a direction of the giant's choice and land prone, taking 1d6 bludgeoning damage for every 10 feet it was thrown.
Cold Breath (Recharge 6). The yeti exhales a 45-foot cone of frigid air. Each creature in that area must make a DC 18 Constitution saving throw, taking 63 (14d8) cold damage on a failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one.
The yeti can take 3 legendary actions, choosing from the options below. Only one legendary action option can be used at a time and only at the end of another creature's turn. The yeti regains spent legendary actions at the start of its turn.
Move. The yeti moves up to its walking speed.
Leap. The yeti leaps up to 30 ft in any direction, to any unoccupied space, avoiding opportunity attacks. It can also decide to cling to a wall within its leaping distance.
Claw. The yeti makes one claw attack.
Chilling Gaze. The yeti uses its Chilling Gaze.
