Disguise:  Wario has a number of disguises and each one grants a certain property.  It takes a bonus action to swap between them.

Thief: Grants +10 move speed and doubles jump height.  You can perform the Tackle attack (only in this outfit)

Cosmic:  Half damage taken from falling.  You can perform the Laser Beam attack (only in this outfit)

Arty: Wario can create full cover stone blocks, that completely occupy a 5 foot square, but only three can exist at a time (older ones disappear when newer ones are made).  They have a creation range of 20 feet and must be placed on the ground. They have 13 AC and 15 hitpoints with immunity to psychic and poison damage.  It takes an Action to create one.  

3/day he can use a bonus action while Arty to heal 1d6 hitpoints.

Genius: Gain 60 feet of Truesight.  You can perform the Boxing Glove attack (only in this outfit)

Sparky:  Create 60 feet of light.  You can perform the Spark attack (only in this outfit)

Captain: Grants a natural swim speed of 30 feet.  You also have advantage on swimming checks.  You can perform the Torpedo attack (only in this outfit) and while inside water.

Dragon:  You can perform the Fire Breath attack (only in this outfit)
