Adhesive. The adherer sticks to anything that touches it. A Huge or smaller creature adhered to the adherer is also grappled by it (escape DC 14). Ability checks to escape this grapple have disadvantage.
Grappler. The adherer has advantage on attack rolls against any creature grappled by it.
Grim Puppeteer. The adherer can use an action to wrap its ribbons of flesh around a dead creature within 60 feet of it that it can see. The creature becomes a zombie under the adherer's control.
Multiattack. The adherer can use its Ribbons of Flesh twice. If it has a creature grappled, it can also use its Rotting Claw.
Ribbons of Flesh. Melee Weapon Attack: +5 to hit, reach 30 ft., one target. Hit: 7 (1d8 + 3) bludgeoning damage. If a creature is hit by this attack twice in the same turn, it must succeed on a DC 13 Dexterity saving throw or be grappled.
Rotting Claw. Melee Weapon Attack: +5 to hit, reach 5ft., one target that is grappled. Hit: 9 (1d12 + 3) slashing damage. The creature must also make a DC 13 Constitution saving throw or take 12 (4d6) necrotic damage.
