Innate Spellcasting. The couatl's spellcasting ability is Wisdom(spell save DC 14). It can innately cast the following spells, requiring only verbal components:
At will: ice knife, shape water, mending
3/day each: wall of water, control water, watery sphere, create or destroy water, absorb elements,
1/day each: Tsunami, wall of ice, summon elemental
