Feast: When a target is tackled, the Blood Starved may use its action to drink the blood of the restrained target. This does 1d10 damage to the target and heals the Blood Starved the same amount of damage that it dealt. Others may join in on the feast to stack damage on the target. Though the health is distributed to each Blood Starved taking part in the feast.
Slash: Using it’s dagger, the Blood Starved attempts to cut its target to deal damage. This attack deals 1d6 + it’s dexterity modifier in slashing damage
Tackle: The Blood Starved attempts to quickly take its target to the ground. The target must make a dexterity saving throw (DC 16) or be knocked prone and restrained. While the Blood Starved has you restrained, it cannot attack anyone else and can only use its feast ability. At the start of the target’s turn, it may make a strength saving throw against the Blood Starved’s own strength saving throw in order to break free. However, the target is still prone. This ability only works on small or medium sized creatures
Rush: When a creature that the Blood Starved can see is hit with an attack and is within the Blood Starved’s movement distance, the Blood Starved can immediately move up to the hit creature despite initiative order as long as they have a reaction to spend.

Description
The Blood Starved are members of the Blood Moon Cult that could not get blood to satisfy their strong, ceaseless cravings. This in turn drove them to be insane and extremely volatile. Though they were once noblemen, they now are blood thirsty monsters. Despite their insanity, they are still sentient enough to wield weapons and speak to some degree. Upon closer inspection of these once respected people, you’ll see torn flesh amidst their ragged suits and gowns. This is due to them ripping themselves apart in order to drink their own blood. Or perhaps it was their former colleagues that hewed their flesh to dine on the husk of the person they once were. Now armed with a dagger, or any similar weapon they could find, they now endlessly search for new victims to drain.
