Traits

Primeval Senses. The Arc Phenomenon can extend its senses to a 500 ft. diameter around itself. If there are creatures within this area, it is aware of them, but cannot tell the location, nor the number of said creatures.

Immutable Form. The Arc Phenomenon is immune to any spell or effect that would change its form.

Over-Heightened Muscle Memory (1 Success/Day). When the Arc Phenomenon would be hit by an attack roll, roll 1d20. On an 11 or higher, it instead is not hit by the attack.

Actions

Multiattack. The Arc Phenomenon makes 3 Lock-On Shots, or uses its Giga-Barrage attack.

Lock-On Shot. Ranged Weapon Attack: +10 to hit, range 45/100 ft., one target. Hit: 27 (6d8) force damage.

Giga-Barrage (Recharge 5-6). All beings within 50 ft. of the Arc Phenomenon must make a DC 18 DEX saving throw or take 52 (8d12) force damage, taking half damage on a success.

Legendary Actions

The Arc Phenomenon can take 3 Legendary Actions, choosing from the list of options below. Only one action may be used at a time, and only at the end of another creature's turn. The Arc Phenomenon regains any spent Legendary Actions at the start of its turn.

Counter Lock-On. When the Arc Phenomenon is damaged by a creature it can see, it immediately makes a Lock-On Shot.

Kick Off. The Arc Phenomenon moves up to 35 ft. away from a creature that last attacked it.

Description

An Arc Phenomenon is a magical suit of armor with an arcane blaster attached to one arm. A peacekeeper from eons beforehand had used this to keep law and order in their kingdom. Of course, when time had caught up to them, the peacekeeper had decided to go out fighting - in battle. When they finally died, their spirit bound itself to the armor, and decided to mindlessly continue on with its job, using the soul bound within as a sort of power source.

Constructed Nature. The Arc Phenomenon doesn't require air, sleep, food, or drink.

Revert. When the Arc Phenomenon drops to 0 hit points, there is a 5% chance that it transforms into a ball of rune-covered plate metal, cloth, and chain. If a creature succeeds on a DC 20 Intelligence (Arcana) check, it finds a command word that causes it to revert into a special set of Plate mail.
