Innate Spellcasting. The hag's innate spellcasting ability is Charisma (spell save DC 14, +6 to hit with spell attacks). She can innately cast the following spells, requiring no material components:
At will: detect magic, magic missile
2/day each: ray of enfeeblement, sleep (at 3rd level)
1/day each: Hold Monster, sickening radiance
Magic Resistance. The hag has advantage on saving throws against spells and other magical effects.
Moonshine Bane. When brought in contact with silver either by a weapon attack with a silvered weapon or by succesfully touching her (unarmored strike AC 11) the hag takes 11 (2d10) necrotic damage. She is vulnerable to this damage if the material was hallowed under moonshine.
Multiattack. The hag makes two claw attacks and casts magic missile.
Claws.(Hag Form Only). Melee Weapon Attack: +7 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 13 (2d8 + 4) slashing damage.
Slumbering Gaze. A creature within 120 ft that the hag can see must succed on a DC 14 saving throw or fall unconscious for 1 minute. This condition ends immediately once the sleeper takes damage, or someone uses an action to shake or slap the sleeper awake.
Etherealness. The hag magically enters the Ethereal Plane from the Material Plane, or vice versa. To do so, the hag must have a heartstone in her possession.
Change Shape. The hag magically polymorphs into a Small or Medium female humanoid, or back into her true form. Her statistics are the same in each form. Any equipment she is wearing or carrying isn't transformed. She reverts to her true form if she dies.
Wailing Scream (Recharge 5-6). Every creature within 90 ft radius that can see the hag make an intelligence saving throw (DC 14), on a failed save they take 24 (7d6) psychic damage and are stunned until the end of their turn. On a failed save they take half that damage and the stun has no effect.
Agata can take 3 legendary actions, choosing from the options below. Only one legendary action option can be used at a time and only at the end of another creature's turn. She regains spent legendary actions at the start of its turn.
Detect. The hag makes a Wisdom (Perception) check or casts detect magic.
Slumbering gaze. The hag uses it's slumbering gaze.
Dream Eater (Costs 2 Actions). One creature within 1 mile radius that is currently asleep takes 10 (3d6) psychic damage but isn't woken up. The hag regains the same number of hitpoints.
