Keen Hearing. The giant roadrunner has advantage on Wisdom (Perception) checks that rely on hearing.
Limited Flight. The giant roadrunner can use a bonus action to gain a flying speed of 20 feet. It must land at the end of its turn.
Evasion. If the giant roadrunner is subjected to an effect that allows it to make a Dexterity saving throw to take only half damage, it instead takes no damage if it succeeds on the saving throw, and only half damage if it fails.
Roadrunner Agility. The giant roadrunner's reflexes and agility allows it to move with a burst of speed. When it moves on its turn in combat, it can double its speed until the end of the turn. Once it uses this trait, it can't use it again until it moves 0 feet on one of its turns.
Beak. Melee Weapon Attack: +3 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 4 (1d6 + 1) piercing damage.
Description
The result of magical experimentation gone awry, the giant roadrunner is an enlarged version of the fast-running ground cuckoo with a long tail and crest.
