All-Around Vision. The amalgamation can’t be surprised while it isn’t incapacitated.
Keen Sight. The amalgamation has advantage on Wisdom (Perception) checks that rely on sight.
Fear Frenzy. The amalgamation enjoys the sense of fear it can inflict causing it to go into a frenzy. It has advantage on attack rolls against frightened creatures.
Multiattack. The amalgamation makes two attacks: one with its tentacles and one with its pincers.
Tentacles. Melee Weapon Attack: +9 to hit, reach 10 ft., one creature. Hit: 9 (2d8 + 5) bludgeoning damage. If the target is Medium or smaller, it is grappled (escape DC 16).
Pincer. Melee Weapon Attack: +9 to hit, reach 10 ft., one target. Hit: 9 (2d8 + 5) piercing damage.
Horrid screams. The amalgamation lets out horrid screams with it's different mouths. Each creature within 60 feet of the amalgamation that can hear its screams and that isn't an aberration must succeed on a DC 12 Wisdom saving throw or become frightened for one minute. If a creature's saving throw is successful, the creature is immune to the amalgamation's screams for the next 24 hours. A frightened creature can repeat the save at the start of its turn until the effect ends.
Description
Horrid bodies of mass. The amalgamation is a creature that's visage can only be described as horrid and nightmare inducing. Its body is just a mass of slightly moving and molding grey or white flesh with different mouths, eyes, ears on it and thick ropes of tentacles all over. However if you are unlucky you can see its truest form.
In its truest form the amalgamation reveals the thin lanky body of skin with limbs prodding from it's body on top of the eyes and mouths littering it and 4 big thin claw-like stingers coming from its back. But even after all that there is nothing more terrifying than the face of the amalgamation. Eyes and mouths deformed and placed in odd places, mismatching ears and their lanky necks that can bend and fold into odd positions and angles.
Melded bodies, Melded minds. The amalgamations are creatures that were more than what they were reduced to. An amalgamation can form when multiple creatures from the material or any other realm tries to enter the far realms at the same time. Their bodies, minds and even souls are fused together and as a result they become a monstrous creature that can mold its form with the limits of its mass. The amalgamation, even with the knowledge of the lives of the creatures that had melded into it, is so twisted that any connections to them are irrelevant. They are fairly intelligent and aware but due to the many minds melded into one makes it hard to communicate in any form other than telepathy.
