Description
Not much is know of the elusive Night Fury, but what is know is that they are an extremely dangerous dragon that should be avoided at all costs. An Alpha Night Fury is even more dangerous than the base species, the Alpha is faster, stronger, and more intelligent. The Alpha Night Fury can be identified by the light blue markings that appear on their scales when a Night Fury reaches this stage of their life, which generally occurs around adulthood. The rest of this dragon's scales are pitch black and allow it to fly completely unnoticed in dark areas and at night. An Alpha Night Fury has the firepower to engage and defeat a full-grown Bewilderbeast or Red Death. This dragon is fearsomely intelligent and will hardly ever attack in an all-out frontal assault. The Night Fury uses its superior agility and intelligence to set up ambushes that allow it to take on dragons several times larger than it. When this dragon is preparing to attack from the sky using its breath attack, the speed it reaches during the dive bomb generates a high pitched whistling sound that can be heard for several hundred feet in all directions. Your only chance of avoiding the attack is to find cover as soon as you hear the whistling because if you hesitate for even a moment, it will be your last moments alive.

Posted Aug 26, 2022Fire Bolt Breath: The dragon exhales acetylene in a 120ft line that is 5ft wide. Each creature in the line must make a DC 22 dexterity saving throw, taking 16d8 fire damage on a failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one. So, Advice. Give this attack a recharge of 6. Otherwise this is op, and if it wasn't fire damage and the save was higher, would obliterate Tiamat.
