Water Form. The elemental can enter a hostile creature's space and stop there. It can move through a space as narrow as 1 inch wide without squeezing.
Freeze. If the elemental takes cold damage, it partially freezes; its speed is reduced by 20 feet until the end of its next turn.
Squirt. Ranged Weapon Attack: +3 to hit, range 15 ft., one target. Hit: 5 (1d4 + 2) bludgeoning damage.
Bubble(Recharge 4–6). One creature within 15 feet that the elemental can see must make a DC 12 Dexterity saving throw. On a failure, a target takes 4 (1d4 + 2) bludgeoning damage. If it is Large or smaller, a bubble of water envelopes its head, preventing it from speaking and making it unable to breathe unless it can breathe water. If the saving throw is successful, the target just gets drenched in water.
Description
Elemental sprites appear in areas with a lot of their core elements available. They are often overly playful and enjoy pranking or pestering people and animals around them. Should a traveler come across one and keep it entertained, it may lead them to a nearby treasure cache or point of interest.
The water sprite is particularly extroverted. They love to interact with travelers, extinguishing their torches and campfires and soaking their bedrolls. When entertained, they like to bestow gifts on their "victims" that they find at the bottoms of lakes, rivers or reefs.
