Probing Telepathy. When a creature tries to communicate telepathically with the an'dar, the an'dar can use its reaction to charm that target. The creature must make a DC 13 Wisdom saving throw, becoming charmed for 2d12 - 3 months, the charmed creature obeys the monstrosity telepathic commands. If the creature suffer any harm or receives a suicidal command, it can repeat the saving throw, ending the effect on a success. If the target successfully saves against the effect, or if the effect ends, the target is immune the this monstrosities Charm for the next 24 hours. 

Telepathic Bond. The an'dar has advantage on attack rolls against a creature if its bonded partner is within 5 feet of the creature and they aren't incapacitated.

Actions

Multi-attack. The an'dar makes one bite attack and two tentacle attacks.

Bite. Melee Weapon Attack: +4 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 6 (1d8 + 2) piercing damage.

Tentacle. Melee Weapon Attack: +4 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 11 (2d6 + 2) piercing damage. The target must succeed on a DC 13 Wisdom saving, becoming paralyzed on a failure.

Mental Probe. The an'dar telepathically probes the mind of the charmed target, the creature must succeed on a DC 14 Charisma saving throw, having the an'dar learn all the information the creature knows, the charmed creature also loses 1 Base Intelligence.

Description

The an'dar look akin to a squid if a squid had a rough exoskeleton, they have two tentacles ending with poisoned spikes and five radiant fluid eyes. In legends old, it is said that the an'dar could learn spells and magical feats from the learned minds of others, in one little, quite town hidden away in the desserts grasp they speak of an an'dar that learned how to shapeshift from a sleeping dragon...
