Water Warp

If the wraith steps into water, it can warp to any water that is directly connected to that water within a one mile diameter circle. Doing this leaves behind the body that the wraith is currently inhabiting.

Water Form

When the wraith steps into water it can mould itself to fit inside the body, this body of water can be any size whatsoever, while in this form the wraith is incapacitated and cannot be harmed, and it can only return to it’s true form if it has access to a drowned body.

Actions

Broken Slash

The wraith swings with it’s rusted sword, +6 to hit, 1d8+3 damage, if hit, a creature must make a dc 15 con saving throw, or get diseased, while diseased the creature also gets one level of exhaustion at all times until the disease is cured. After 10 days the afflicted person can make another saving throw, it can also be cured with a casting of lesser restoration.

Drowned Scream (1/body)

The wraith can scream out a cone of water 30 feet long and 10 feet diameter from the drowned lungs of it’s host, a creature hit by the stream must make a dc 15 strength saving throw, or be pushed back 30 feet and take 1d12 bludgeoning damage, the creature is also knocked prone.

Reactions

Possess

If a creature within 10 feet of the wraith goes into death saving throws, tries to grapple it, is in death saving throws, or is incapacitated, the wraith can leave it’s current body and enter the new one, effectively placing it in water and giving the wraith full control over the body, it can also do this to already dead drowning victims, a wraith can only use it’s drowned scream on a creature that is actually dead, and a creature that is possessed cannot be revived while possesed.
