Pilot Required. The mech cannot operate unless a humanoid with an Intelligence score of 13 or higher is inside the cockpit. When a humanoid pilot is using it, the mechs Charisma, Intelligence, and Wisdom scores match the users. Any special senses the user has is replaced by the mechs.
Integrated protection. A pilot is immune to all non-crit damage when within the mantis.
If the mending spell is cast on it any time it has at least 1 hit point, the mantis restores 2d6 hit points.
Multiattack. The mech can make three attacks with its minigun.
Stomp. Melee Weapon Attack: +12 to hit, reach 5 ft., 1 target. Hit: 25 (2d12 + 11) bludgeoning damage.
Minigun. Ranged Weapon Attack: +9 to hit, range 30/120 ft., 1 target. Hit: 14 (2d6 + 8) piercing damage.
Rocket Pod. (Recharge 5–6). Ranged Weapon Attack: +15 to hit, range 60/400 ft., 5 targets. Hit: 13 (2d8 + 8) fire damage plus 9 (1d12 + 2) bludgeoning damage.
