Discorporation. When Hikari drops to 0 hit points or dies, her body is destroyed but her essence travels back to her domain in the Seven Heavens, and she is unable to take physical form for a time.

Angelic Weapons. Hikari's weapon attacks are magical. When Hikari hits with any weapon, the weapon deals an extra 60 (12d10) radiant damage (included in the attack).

Divine Awareness. Hikari knows if she hears a lie.

Healing Aura. All creatures friendly to Hikari- including Hikari - within 60 ft. regain 30 hit points at the start of Hikari’s turn.

Spellcasting. Hikari is a 30th level spellcaster. His spellcasting ability is Intelligence (spell save DC 27, +19 to hit with spell attacks). He has the following spells prepared:

Cantrips (at will): control flames, eldritch blast, guidance, light, sacred flame, word of radiance.

1st (at will): guiding bolt, heroism, identify, protection from evil and good, purify food and drink, shield.

2nd (at will): bane, bless, cause fear, enhance ability, enlarge/reduce, gentle repose. 

3rd (at will): beacon of hope, daylight, dispel magic, fly, leomunds tiny hut, revivify.

4th (at will): banishment, death ward, locate creature, otilukes resilient sphere, sickening radiance, wall of fire.

5th (at will): dawn, dispel evil and good, flame strike, greater restoration, telekinesis, wall of light.

6th (at will): forbiddance, guards and wards, mental prison, planar ally, sunbeam, true seeing.

7th (3 slots): conjure celestial, crown of stars, resurrection.

8th (3 slots): antimagic field, antipathy/sympathy, holy aura.

Legendary Resistance (5/Day). If Hikari fails a saving throw, she can choose to succeed instead.

Limited Magic Immunity. Unless she wishes to be affected, Hikari is immune to spells of 6th level or lower. She has advantage on saving throws against all other spells and magical effects.

Regeneration. If Hikari has at least 1 hit point, she regains 60 hit points at the start of her turn.

Actions

Multiattack. Hikari can use her Radiant Consumption. She then makes two attacks or casts a spell.

Lighthammer. Melee Weapon: +21 to hit, reach 10 ft., one target. Hit: 32 (5d8+12) bludgeoning damage or 37 (5d10+12) bludgeoning damage plus 60 (12d10) radiant damage.

Teleport. Hikari magically teleports, along with any equipment she is wearing and carrying, up to 120 feet to an unoccupied space she can see.

Radiant Consumption. As an action, Hikari radiate bright light in 120 ft. radius and dime light 240 ft. For 1 minute or until she ends it, once a turn, an attack or spell deals 45 extra radiant damage to one target. Additionally, each creature of her choice in a 60-foot radius must make a DC 27 Dexterity saving throw, taking 30 (6d10) radiant damage on a failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one.

 

Legendary Actions

Hikari can take 5 legendary actions, choosing from the options below. Only one legendary action option can be used at a time and only at the end of another creature’s turn. Hikari regains spent legendary actions at the start of her turn.

Attack. Hikari attacks with Lighthammer.

Regenerate. Hikari regenerates 30 hit points.

Teleport.  Hikari uses her teleport action.

Spellcasting (Costs 2 Actions). Hikari casts a spell.

Radiant Consumption (Costs 3 Actions). Hikari uses her radiant consumption action.
