Traits

Magic Resistance. Yolinda has advantage on Saving Throws against spells and other magical effects.

Spellcasting. Yolinda is a 16-level spellcaster. Its spellcasting ability is [charisma] (spell save DC 19, +9 to hit with spell attacks). Yolinda has following [Wizard] spells prepared:
Cantrips (at will): Toll the Dead, Infestation
1st level (4 slots): Absorb Elements, Charm Person Ray of Sickness, Shield
2nd level (3 slots): Blur, Maximillian's Earth Grasp Tasha's Mind Whip
3rd level (3 slots): Dispel Magic, Counterspell, Fear
4th level (3 slots): Confusion, Gravity Sinkhole, Polymorph
5th level (2 slots): Wall of Force, Immolation
6th level (1 slots): Disintegrate, Chain Lightning
7th level (1 slots): Teleport, Finger of Death
8th level (1 slots): Feeblemind, Abi-Dalzim's Horrid Wilting

Innate Spellcasting. Yolinda can cast the following spells using the above caster information, and requiring no material components:

At will: Detect Magic, Magic Missile

2/day each: Plane Shift (self only), Ray of Enfeeblement, sleep

Actions

Multi-Attack. Yolinda makes 2 claw attacks.

Claw (hag form only). Melee Weapon Attack: +9 to hit, reach 5 ft., 1 target. Hit: 13 (2d8 + 4) [Slashing] damage.

Change Shape. The hag magically polymorphs into a Small or Medium female humanoid, or back into her true form. Her statistics are the same in each form. Any equipment she is wearing or carrying isn't transformed. She reverts to her true form if she dies.

Etherealness. The hag magically enters the Ethereal Plane from the Material Plane, or vice versa. To do so, the hag must have a heartstone in her possession

Nightmare Haunting (1/Day). While on the Ethereal Plane, the hag magically touches a sleeping humanoid on the Material Plane. A protection from good and evil spell cast on the target prevents this contact, as does a magic circle. As long as the contact persists, the target has dreadful visions. If these visions last for at least 1 hour, the target gains no benefit from its rest, and its hit point maximum is reduced by 5 (1d10). If this effect reduces the target's hit point maximum to 0, the target dies, and if the target was evil, its soul is trapped in the hag's soul bag. The reduction to the target's hit point maximum lasts until removed by the greater restoration spell or similar magic.

Bonus Actions

Yolinda may use one bonus action per turn.

Use Cantrip. Yolinda may use one of her cantrips.

Shadow Step. Yolinda teleports up to 30' in any direction she can see.

Evil Eye. Fixing an enemy with her eye, Yolinda attempts to charm them for 1 round. The target must make a DC 17 wisdom saving throw or see their friends as enemies until the end of the the next round.

Reactions

Yolinda gets two reaction per round and cannot use the same reaction twice

Absorb Elements.
Counterspell.
Shield.

Contingency Mirror Image. At the start of any combat Yolinda's contingency spell triggers casting Mirror Image on herself.

The Shadows Thicken. Once per turn, when struck with a melee attack, Yolinda can use an available reaction to teleport up to 40' in any direction.

Legendary Actions

Yolinda's legendary actions are villain actions. Each action happens once, and in the order listed. They happen at whichever point in the turn the DM chooses.

The Stuff of Nightmares. Shedding her disguise, Yolinda exposes her nightmarish form to all of her enemies. All enemies that can see Yolinda must make a DC 19 Wisdom saving throw or be under the effects of a fear spell until the end of Yolinda's next turn.

Dance of Shadows. Shadows thicken around Yolinda clinging to every surface and turning the area around her into dim light in a 20' radius around Yolinda. Dozens of illusionary clones of Yolinda dance and mock enemies from the crowd causing all attacks made against Yolinda to suffer disadvantage as opponents struggle to discern which Yolinda is the real one.

Embrace the Darkness. The shadows around Yolinda become tangible, growing arms that grasp out at nearby enemies. Enemies no longer suffer disadvantage to attack Yolinda but must make a DC 17 strength saving throw or be restrained until the end of Yolindas next turn. Restrained enemies can attempt to free themselves by making a strength save against the abilities DC.

Dark Apotheosis. Yolinda draws on her fiendish power to revitalize herself. All enemies restrained by her shadows suffer 4d6 necrotic damage and Yolinda regains hit points equal to half the damage dealt. Yolinda also recovers her expended spell slots from level 7 and below but can not use spells of 8th level or higher for 24 hours. After using this ability the veil of shadows surrounding Yolinda is drawn into her and can no longer affect the battlefield.

Description

Standing almost 7 feet tall is a large dark-skinned, severely obese woman. She is haunched as if her spine is affected by some severe deformity, and her Grey, unkempt hair sticks up at all angles and looks as if it has never seen a comb. She wraps her large bulbous fingers around the top of a small cane she uses to talk with and glares at you with overly large, but strangely cunning eyes as you enter
