Corrupted Angelic Weapons. Akcalah's weapon attacks are empowered with foul abyssal magic. When the planetar hits with any weapon, the weapon deals an extra 5d8 necrotic damage (included in the attack).
Divine Awareness. The planetar knows if it hears a lie.
Innate Spellcasting. The planetar's spellcasting ability is Charisma (spell save DC 20). The planetar can innately cast the following spells, requiring no material components:
At will: detect evil and good, invisibility (self only)
3/day each: blade barrier, dispel evil and good, flame strike, raise dead
1/day each: commune, control weather, insect plague
Magic Resistance. Akcalah has advantage on saving throws against spells and other magical effects.
Multiattack. The planetar makes two melee attacks.
Greatsword. Melee Weapon Attack: +12 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 21 (4d6 + 7) slashing damage plus 22 (5d8) necrotic damage.
Blasphemous Touch (4/Day). The planetar touches another creature. The target is cursed and magically loses 30 (6d8 + 3) hit points. A successful Constitution save only halves the damage.
Plague of Ash. When Lady Akcalah is hit with a melee attack, the attacker must make a Constitution roll, if they succeed they do not get infected with the Plague. On a failed roll, the player looses control of their character, and they become infected with the Ash Plague and become Akcalah's thrall.
Description
Lady Akcalah was once the Earth goddess, but no more. the Ash Plague has corrupted and maddened her to the point of insanity. Now she feels that humanity is responsible for her suffering as it was magic that sealed the Ash King away, and the humans have systemically wiped out nearly all magic users from superstitious fear.
