Acrid Curse. The Acrid is a twisted abomination made by failed transmutation magic. It is immune to shape change effects such as the polymorph spell.
Spider Climb. The spider can climb difficult surfaces, including upside down on ceilings, without needing to make an ability check.
Web Sense. While in contact with a web, the spider knows the exact location of any other creature in contact with the same web.
Web Walker. The spider ignores movement restrictions caused by webbing.
Multiattack. The Amalgamation makes two attacks with either its bile or with its Vomit.
Bile. Ranged Weapon Attack: +8 to hit, Range 30/120, one creature. Hit: 14(2d8 +5) Acid damage. Until the start of the wretch's next turn a an acid pool remains under the target weather it hit or not. any creature that ends its turn in the pool takes 9(2d8) acid damage.
Vomit. Melee Weapon Attack: +8 to hit, reach 10 ft., one creature. Hit: 14 (2d8 + 5) Acid damage and the creature hit must make a CON 16 saving throw or be stunned until the start of the Wretch's next turn.

This is a great spider. A medium level of threat for a party, provided these live in packs of 3-4 creatures. The only thing it lacks is an ability to create webs and cocoons, maybe laden with special acid that softens the flesh of their victims, making it easier to digest. A thing that may be too annoying is the stun with no cooldown and a very high DC - you may consider making it recharge like the dragons' breath weapons, or making it available only once a day.
