Rapid adaptation The dragon may use its reaction when taking damage from a source other than bludgeoning, slashing or piercing damage to gain resistance to the damage type dealt until the beginning of its next turn.
Legendary resistance (3/day) If the dragon fails a saving throw, it can choose to succeed instead.
Bit of Luck - A luck dragon can touch a willing creature as a standard action, giving it a bit of luck. For the next round, any time the target rolls a d20, he may roll twice and take the more favorable result. The luck dragon can use this ability a number of times per day equal to 3 + its Wisdom modifier.
Cloud Sight - A luck dragon’s sight is not impeded by clouds or fog, or by spells that create areas of fog.
Good Luck - As an immediate action, a luck dragon can reroll any one d20 roll that it just made before the results of the roll are revealed. The luck dragon must take the result of the reroll, even if it’s worse than the original roll. A luck dragon can use this ability once per day per six Hit Dice it possesses.
Accidental Luck: As a random action the luck dragon will cause a random act of luck to happen. At the beginning of combat roll a d4 + 1, the result is how many rounds between when a random act occurs. When the Random Act occurs roll a d6, on an odd number the act occurs on it's allies side, on an even roll it occurs on it's foes side. Then roll a d6, on an odd roll it's good luck, on an even roll it's bad luck.
Multiattack. The dragon makes three attacks, one with its bite and two with its claws.
Bite. Melee weapon attack: +13 to hit, reach 10 ft, one target. Hit: 16 (2d10+7) piercing damage plus 7 (2d6) force damage.
Claw. Melee weapon attack: +13 to hit, reach 5 ft, one target. Hit: 12 (2d6+7) slashing damage.
Tail Melee weapon attack: +13 to hit, reach 15 ft, one target. Hit: 16 (2d8+7) bludgeoning damage.
Frightful presence Each creature of the dragon's choice within 120 feet that is aware of the dragon makes a DC 20 Wisdom saving throw. On a failed save, a creature is inflicted with the frightened condition for one minute. A creature may remake this saving throw at the beginning of each round, ending the effect on a successful save. Creatures that succeed on their saving throw are immune to the dragon's frightful presence for 24 hours.
Force breath (recharge 5/6) The dragon exhales force in a 90 foot line. Each creature in this line's must make a DC 22 dexterity saving throw, taking 65 (26d4) force damage on a failed save or half as much on a successful one.
Breath of Luck (Recharge 5-6): The dragon exhales a breath of Luck in a 60 foot cone. Each creature cone must make a DC 23 Wisdom saving throw. On a failed save, a random act of Luck occurs (follow the Random Luck Table), the target(s) must utilize this Luck on their next turn; this luck can be good or bad. On a successful save, the Luck is good luck and can be used any time within the next 24 hours.
Change Shape. The dragon magically polymorphs into a humanoid or beast that has a challenge rating no higher than its own, or back into its true form. It reverts to its true form if it dies. Any equipment it is wearing or carrying is absorbed or borne by the new form (the dragon's choice).
In a new form, the dragon retains its alignment, hit points, Hit Dice, ability to speak, proficiencies, Legendary Resistance, lair actions, and Intelligence, Wisdom, and Charisma scores, as well as this action. Its statistics and capabilities are otherwise replaced by those of the new form, except any class features or legendary actions of that form.
The dragon can take 3 legendary actions, choosing from the options below. Only one legendary action maybe used at a time, and may only be made at the end of a different creature's turn. The dragon regains spent legendary actions at the beginning of its turn.
Detect. The dragon makes a Wisdom (perception) check.
Tail Attack. The dragon makes a tail attack.
Wing Attack (Costs 2 Actions). The dragon beats its wings. Each creature within 10 feet of the dragon must succeed on a DC 20 Dexterity saving throw or take 14 (2d6 + 7) bludgeoning damage and be knocked prone. The dragon can then fly up to half its flying speed.

Description
The Luck dragon is a type of dragon distinguished typically by the shape of its body and the lack of scales; in place of the scales the Luck dragon has fur. It also does not have any wings, but somehow is able to fly. It is generally a True Neutral creature. It has a whimsical, and curious nature. The Luck dragon does not recognize any of the typical dragon gods, considering itself a god in its own right. Surprisingly the Luck dragon does not have any sex that anyone knows of, and as the tale goes, when it dies it will be magically reincarnated sometime within 1,000 years.
